I've been diving deeper into my human design this week to see where my Feminine energy sits and wow!

My Throat and Heart centres have the most Feminine energy out of all the centres. Then an even split between my Solar Plexus, Anna and Head Centres.

I'm enjoying leaning more into the Feminine as I'm soo used to sitting with the Masculine 😉

So what is Human Design?

Human Design is a system founded by Ra Uru Hu in the early 80's and combines 6 modalities including I Ching, Chakras, Kabbala Tree of Life, Gene Keys, Quantum Physics, & Astrology.

It is a way to understand yourself on a deeper level, connect with who you truly are and see your gifts shine bright.

I thought this would be a great time to introduce myself using my Human Design.

I am a projector, which means that I am here to guide others. But only if I am recognised and invited to do so.

I ride my emotional wave when I make decisions and know that with the lows will come the highs.

I am a Hermit (Line 2 energy) and a Networker/Opportunist (Line 4 energy).

As a 2/4 Emotional Projector I am here to motivate people through their hopes and dreams, extending my innate wisdom to support people to get to where they need to go in order to succeed in life.

Magnolia what can I say.

I couldn't live a day without her.

She helps me unwind each night and ease into slumber.

With high levels of linalool it supports me to relax each night.

I roll Magnolia over my heart and on my wrists before hopping into bed 😴

What helps you wind down each night?

My youngest is having a hard time falling asleep which has really started to impact his behaviour during the day.

These are the tried and tested tools I use to help my kids when they're struggling with sleep plus the ultimate daily immune support.

Fingers crossed with a bit of consistency we'll see him falling asleep a bit earlier 😁😴😉

As you may have noticed I am working in the back ground making a few changes to this page.

This means that I am getting ready to start sharing myself with this community again.

It's been a while and I have been on my own journey of growth and development since I posted last.

You'll continue to see posts of me sharing my love for essential oils, but I will also start to share other tools that have helped me grow and flourish.
