Holiday mode is well and truly activated but it’s back to business today for admin and a quick chat with you all .
Firstly I hope you all had a great Xmas ❤️
Just an update before we head in to the new year . As most of you now know is having a baby ! Due late April 🥰 so she will be going on maternity leave the end of March .
As I have no other qualified staff I will be back to doing it on my own . This means you must PRE BOOK your appointments or you will miss out !
So please open your diaries and let me know what days/times you are wanting. I can’t stress this enough, I will be taking on another clientele so there will be no time for last minute appointments.
When Lisa returns from her Xmas holidays on the 12th of January she will be dropping back her hours and will only be doing one late night rather than her usual 2. She only has 3 available evening appointments between now and when she starts mat leave and limited Saturday appointments available. Although I’m still on holidays I still have the salon phone with me so please text or call.
Unfortunately we will not be taking on any new clients at this stage or clients that havnt been to the salon in a few months .
And sadly after Lisa finishes up I will not be able to take on her after hours men’s cuts as I’m at capacity, apologies .
Lastly, covid/sickness .Here are a couple of our rules.
•Come alone to your appointments - we simply don’t have room for extras
•If your sick please don’t come - any kind of sickness . We have had people coming in coughing etc and it’s just not ok . Covid or not it’s still sickness that no one wants so call us and cancel or you will be asked to leave.
•I know they are annoying but please wear a mask - trust me I know they suck we have to wear them 12 hours a day we don’t enjoy it either . We hate asking you to keep pulling it up . we don’t need any sickness in the salon . And please if your having a colour bring a disposable and/or one that is practical to cut around (not one that goes around the back of your head) .

Christmas is almost here !
Quick update with what’s happening and how we roll over the busiest time of year !
We have closed our books for 2020 to new clients as we are at full capacity. We will let you know when we re open them,
we do have a Christmas cancellation list though so if you want your name on it tell us - you never know !!
We are of course working extra hours over this time but this year we will not be burning ourselves out so we will not be adding any more hours from here or squeezing anyone in, we simply have no room .
A few things to remember in regards to your Xmas appointments-
•We are solidly booked so if you are wanting a change or wanting to add extra services please call us in advance so we can tell you if we will or won’t have time so you aren’t disappointed on the day. We only have you booked in for what has been previously spoken about when booking. Adding foils to services that aren’t booked for foils will not be possible as we have no time for toning and we can’t run behind.
OR if you are wanting to down size your appointment please also let us know in advance . For eg if you are booked in for a colour cut and blowdry and no longer want the cut and blowdry please let us know because we may be able to get another client in.
•Please don’t be late to your appointment:)
•If you need to be out of the salon at a certain time please let us know at the start of your appointment.
•Because we will be at full capacity at this time more than likely appointments will not be able to be changed around .
•We will be taking deposits for larger appointment times .

I’M BACK ✨ After what felt like the longest week off ever, which is great. But totally glad to be back in the salon & back into routine. Full steam ahead leading into Christmas time.🎄 If you don’t have your appointments booked for the rest of the year already, pleaseee send me a message to get something booked in ASAP 💗

ATTENTION PLEASE READ-

Christmas is fast approaching so thought I would give an update on Christmas time in the salon .
We have very few appointments left over the Xmas period so if you are wanting to book a time now is the time to do it !
As we said last week we are only taking on new clients for the next 2 weeks then our books will close until 2021. New clients also wanting to book will only be able to book daytime appointments, no evenings/Saturdays - sorry for any inconvenience but we are at full capacity for after hours appointments.
These times will become available again in the new year .
And please if you are a new client that wants to come and see us before Xmas but you need and evening or Saturday give us a call so we can put down your details in our cancellation list - you never know !
