has put the call out to ask us to go to our local parliament TOMORROW 24/7/25 and bang pots and pans outside to show solidarity for those in Palestine. Let your empty pots represent the empty bellies of millions.

Take a stand and use your voice to send our government a message that urgent action is needed NOW to stop this forced starvation in Gaza where children are dying every single day.

Reflecting on my 34th lap around the sun, I’ve spent the last year trying to find out who I am after a lifetime trying to be who others wanted me to be. Here are a few non negotiables I’ve decided on:
🐸 No empathy for others? No thanks.
💕 Don’t make excuses for others bad behaviour. I listen when people tell me who they are now.
🫶🏻 Standing strong in my convictions regardless if they’re not popular opinion.
🪻Stop wasting my time on people who continually hurt me and those I love.
🐚 Unmasking my disabilities and living my life more authentically = f**k palatability.
🧜🏻‍♀️ Be unapologetically weird.
🥥 Bras should not be mandatory for others comfort.
