Been working on Big Dave for last few months and to say the least it’s been challenging but rewarding as well.

Don’t do many posts in regards to clients who have the up most respect for a small business owner.
But Ben Anson is a legend.
Have been massaging him for around 10 years or so and if this guy can’t make his massage etc due to work commitments,not only does he pay a % cancellation fee,he’s paying the full fee.
Pure example of the individual he is,some people don’t pay or don’t like to pay a cancellation fee which is fine.Ben shows the respect he has for me and my business.
To top it off he is a legend of a fella and we have a cracking time while he’s in my clinic.
