Great workshop yesterday for F45 Unley members and those doing the 6 week challenge. An intro to self massage and self treatment with focus on methods to release then stretch (mainly those hammies!).

Quick update for FB followers and those interested in current conditions and booking in a massage treatment.

FYI - I have not stopped massaging at any stage of the lockdown (as I am a allied health practitioner) and will continue to provide treatments at my home studio.
