Some clients respond extremely quickly to treatments. There are daring reasons as to why.

1. Lymphatic Drainage - the way fat, fluid and toxins are removed from your body is through your lymphatic system. If you have a strong lymphatic system, you will respond quicker to treatments. Also, if you have a poor lymphatic system so you hold a lot of fluids treatments can definitely increase this which gives you quicker results.

2. Bloating - by using our unique technique we can reduce the bloating that you may feel. As our machine is quite powerful I also believe that the ultrasounds can help reduce inflammation in the area which reduces bloating.

3. Cell Density - the more dense your fat cells are, the slower the results are. The more fluid you have the quicker the results. The cells need to be in a soft state to be able to be moved easily. If you have quite dense that sells it may take a couple treatments to soften them down enough for movement.

4. Hydration- the more hydrated. You are the easier the ultrasounds can pe*****te so highly recommended that you drink enough water.

A common question is how many treatments will I need? I can never give you a straight answer because everyone has different genetics and the factors I have explained above.

this post is one of the most personal post I will ever do.

this is me, Megan, the owner of body shaping. I had a baby 4 months ago. As much as I tried, I could not eat as healthy as I would like during pregnancy as I had severe morning sickness. I basically ate vast amounts of whatever I could hold down to combat the nausea. Then it came to postpartum. Unfortunately, my son had complications which required me to put my own health on the back burner and look after him. I wasn’t able to train as much as I would have liked to, it was impossible to meal prep for a very long time. Unfortunately, one of the complications my son had required for him to feed up to twice the amount of a normal baby. For the first six weeks I was stuck to the couch, feeding him for eight hours a day – and then half the night. I went on medication to help increase my supply but unfortunately I also gained weight due to this medication and trying to eat enough to feed my son. Once again, unfortunately his other complication made it very hard for me to feed him formula so I did everything I could possibly do to ensure I could feed him enough. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough and his percentile dropped. This is when I resorted to medication.I know genetically, I am not big, however, I am significantly bigger than what I was before hand. As I am breastfeeding, I wasn’t able to perform treatments on myself up until now. I am now mix feeding and my sons complication has subsided enough that I can perform treatments on myself. Breastfeeding is a contraindication to treatments, however, as I have been studying this for a very long time, I can work out a treatment plan for myself, so I don’t have to wait to give up breastfeeding altogether to then perform treatment on myself.

I finally was able to perform a treatment on myself, and I am absolutely amazed how well my body responded. These comparisons are immediately before and after a treatment. Postpartum women always respond better to treatment as we are carrying a lot of excessive fluid that takes awhile to drain.

As mentioned in the previous posts Megan has been working hard and studying so we can introduce colon hydrotherapy into body shaping.

Over the past 4 years as she has researched more, Megan has noticed quite a significant percentage of her clients suffering from a rage of conditions that can be correlated to poor gut health/gut dysbiosis/IBS/leaky gut. One of the best ways to assist these clients further is to offer colon hydrotherapy. 18months in the making and we can financially introduce it.
