Just some advise on why we sometimes charge to have acrylic nails removed.

1. *Time and Effort*: Nail removal can be a time-consuming process, especially if the nails are heavily glued or have multiple layers of acrylic or gel. more? Charging more for nail removal acknowledges the extra time and effort required to safely and carefully remove the existing nail enhancements.

2. *Specialised Skills and Training*: Nail technicians undergo specialised training to learn safe and effective nail removal techniques. Higher pricing reflects this expertise. We are specialists in knowing how to protect the natural nail.

3. *Product Costs and Disposal*: Nail removal often requires specialised products, such as acetone and nail files, which can be costly. Additionally, disposing of removed nail materials requires proper sanitation and disposal procedures (and oh my, the mess!), adding to the overall expense.

We want to start helping our clients understand why we need to charge appropriately for nail removal. As nail technicians, we need to be fairly compensated for the time, skills, and expenses of maintaining a sustainable and high-quality service.
