Dear Friends and Valued Clients,

This is a message I wasn’t expecting to be writing quite so soon…
After a recent unfortunate trip over a paver, I’ve fractured a bone at the base of my thumb. I’ll be in a splint for six weeks and need to rest my hand. While this injury might seem minor, scans have revealed something more significant — both of my hands are full of arthritis, the result of 33 years as a massage therapist.

I’m sad to announce my retirement from massage. This decision hasn’t come easily. Massage has been my passion, my livelihood, and my way of connecting with so many amazing people over the years. I feel incredibly grateful to have had the privilege of helping and healing through my hands, and even more thankful for the trust and support of my loyal clients.

To each and every one of you — thank you. Thank you for letting me be part of your wellness journey. I will truly miss our sessions, our chats, and the connections we’ve built.

While this chapter closes, I look forward to exploring what comes next (hopefully with fewer pavers in my path!).
