Increased consciousness of the benefits of Shea Butter has seen Deluxe Shea Butter Australia grow steadily from local roots to be an international presence. We hold enough stock to cater for all kinds of customers, whether a large manufacturer or just the occasional user of Shea butter, because of our strategically placed branch in Accra, Ghana and local storage facilities in Adelaide, South Australia. We understand that our customers expect fast, friendly and reliable service and delivery. We are large enough to compete but small enough to care. We pride ourselves on delivering quality and personal service at a competitive price. Having grown up in Ghana using Shea butter as our family has done for generations, we are passionate about sharing its rejuvenating, healing qualities. We are an ethical company that endorses fair trade, sustainability and caring for the environment. Our Shea butter is produced and processed by a certified organic producer who works closely with the women who pick the Shea nuts and process them to the unrefined stage. Our Shea butter is sourced directly from women’s co-operatives in Tamale, located in the northern region of Ghana. We possess a robust distribution system where the unrefined Shea butter is packaged in Ghana and delivered directly to commercial and individual customers worldwide using reputable freight services. No order is too big or too small. OUR MISSION STATEMENT: to bring the benefits of Shea butter to the world whilst empowering local individuals and their communities; providing employment and opportunity to create a sustainable quality of life. Our company values include success through people, relationships, empowerment, respect, quality, speed, flexibility and continuous improvement.
