At the start of this year, I was a size 10.
Seven weeks later, I was a size 6.
And before anyone asks, no, it wasn't because I suddenly became motivated, disciplined, or started loving the gym.
The truth is, I was stressed.
Running businesses, dealing with life, navigating a separation, carrying the weight of everyone's problems. My coping mechanism became sugar. Bubble tea. Chocolate. Little rewards throughout the day.

Then another one.
And another one.
Before I knew it, I was using food to self-soothe, and I didn't feel like myself anymore.
What changed wasn't just my weight. It was that I finally admitted I needed help.
