Hello Everyone! ☺️🤍 Time to introduce another learning therapist to our growing Women’s Health Department 💗. My name is Fiona and I’m a Physiotherapist at Bounce Back Health, mainly residing at our Munno Para Clinic. I graduated with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2020. From my uni experiences there was ALWAYS a soft spot for Women’s Health & Paediatric Physiotherapy. After having a taste of all that Physiotherapy has to offer and my experiences outside of work, my heart is still set on becoming a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and treating the little ones 💖 Only recently have Women’s Health conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS and so much more, been spoken about more openly. Early diagnosis and intervention is so important in helping women feel empowered, educated and better! Having not experienced any of these conditions myself, I have seen the impact that these pelvic conditions have upon loved ones and how debilitating it can be. My goal as a Women’s Health Physiotherapist (in training 🏃‍♀️) is to learn as much as I can so that I can help women within our community feel and move better, and to better understand their diagnosis and what can be done. Along side Mel, I am also in the process of completing the Level 1 Women’s Pelvic Health and Life Stages courses through the Australian Physiotherapy Association. In addition to this, learning more from our Women’s Health guru Naomi 🤍 Outside of all of this, I love spending time going shopping, experiencing new places to eat, travelling, spending time with all my loved ones and going to the gym!🏋️‍♀️ As I continue to learn this niche field of Physiotherapy, come see Naomi for all your girlie needs and I hope to be taking on some clients after completing my Level 1 training (end of June 2022)! ** IMPORTANT MESSAGE PLEASE READ**

Your lash appointment the Covid-19 way!

Hi girls,

Hope you are keeping well and have adjusted to this new Covid way of life!!

As you can appreciate, I'll have to operate my business differently when I re-open so just giving you all a heads up. This is to ensure the safety of myself, all of you, our families and the community whilst adhering to the rules.

I'm implementing the new rules outlined below. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with these expectations and only make a booking if you can adhere to them.

** FULLSETS ONLY**
Until further notice, I will be applying fullsets only or refilling my own work. I will not be refilling another tech's work. So if you were cheeky 🙊 and got extensions whilst in lockdown, please make sure you allow time for those extensions to fall off completely and not get anymore refills for at least 4 weeks before your appointment with me.

** RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE UNWELL**
If you feel the slightest bit unwell or live with someone who is unwell, please let me know and we will reschedule your appointment.

**CLEANSE YOUR LASHES**
You must come to your appointment with squeaky clean lashes. Please thoroughly cleanse your lashes at home or at work beforehand. You will not be able to wash your lashes here.

**ONE PERSON AT A TIME**
Some of you have kids or have family/friends who like to tag along to your lash appointment, this can't happen anymore. Due to the size of my salon and to adhere to the 4 meter square rule per person, you will have to attend your lash appointment alone. This is to also ensure that the touching of furniture and fittings in my salon are kept to a minimal so that I can easily wipe down after every client.

**WAIT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME**
If you arrive early to your appointment, you must remain in your car until your appointment time even if you're just a couple of minutes early. This is to ensure that I have adequate time to clean and sanitise and that I only have 1 person on my premises at any given time.
However, I'm happy for you to text me and wait for the ok because sometimes I am just sitting here waiting for you!

And I think that's it for now.... my brain hurts 🤪. If anything changes, I'll update you all here so please keep an eye out!

It breaks my heart to announce that I will be closed until further notice as per Scott Morrison's announcement tonight regarding the closure of all beauty salons to help slow the spread of Covid-19.

This will be an extremely difficult time for me but I am so grateful to have so many of you girls already reach out and show your support. It means so much to me to know that I have so many people who love and care for me and my little business! It will be a long hard road ahead and I will miss you all but I'm hoping that I will see you all again when this pandemic is over. It will be comforting to know that you will all be there to help me on my feet again 😢
