So we appreciate when people trust us and take the time out of their busy day to sit in our chair. We also appreciate feedback, both constructive and positive. But this absolutely made our day!! ❤️

• Full head foils

Who we’re looking for:
• Preferably already blonde and ready for a refresh

When:
• Flexible Tuesday, Thursday & Friday mornings
• Please allow 3+ hours

Cost:
• $100–$150
(Includes foils, k18 treatment, toner and blowdry)

Celebrating TEN years of THE VINE HAIR with lots of our favourite people and the gorgeous team that make this salon the place it is 🫶🏽🥂✨

In 2015 I was driving up Springbank Road, saw a shop for lease and thought, what could possibly go wrong?
Young. Dumb. Delusional. So naturally… I decided to open a hair salon ✨

I skipped into the bank with $5k to my name and asked for a loan. The lady asked if I had an ABN - obviously I didn’t.
Then she asked if I was a sole trader, partnership or company - why was she being so nosey??
Long story short, she said “no” 🤣

So I got a high-interest credit card and did it anyway.
Somewhere along the way I learnt that $5k absolutely was NOT enough… and that I was, in fact, a sole trader.

Fast forward 10 years and wow, what a ride!
Ups, downs, pandemics, renovations, a baby (and a few grey hairs). Through it all I’ve been so lucky to be supported by the most incredible friends, clients, team and of course my family.

Do I fully understand tax yet? Absolutely not
But I have a great accountant and a smart husband, so we’re all good.

If you’ve been part of this journey at any point over the last 10+ years, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

You helped turn this girl’s wild little dream into a reality 🥹✨🫶🏽

Summer has officially stepped into her 4th year ✨

We’re so proud of all the work she does in the salon and we’re definitely not alone… Her clients tell us all the time how much they love her 🫶🏽

Home stretch of her apprenticeship and she’s absolutely smashing it!!
