How many skincare products do you need?
When planning out a skin care regimen, most people will want to use every product they have, just to be sure their skin doesn't miss out...and when it comes to products like serums,
It's hard not to think - if a little is good, then lots must be better
BUT...a little of something can quite beneficial, and absorb well into the skin, while layering a lot of products can start to cause clogged pores or redness and irritation.
Our reaction to irritation is then to want to add in another product to help counteract and calm the skin.
Sometimes we just need to peel back the skincare products, bring it back to a simple routine to 'support' the skin and it's natural functions.
In other words, give your skin a little less, trust your skin a little more 💖
