wow cleansing is differant every time.. !! This cleanse looks like no other I have done.. but thru having a & & & & has led to

I FEEL GREAT... now...!!!

The thing was I had an ideal in my head of what I ‘should’ be doing... very MASCULINE .. I could have stood over myself & dominated myself into doing it ...

but I SURRENDERED & stopped the RESISTANCE

I just could not ‘make’ myself do iT!!... (or ‘anything anymore)

I could not drink my normal blends & juice plan... ewww .. serious body rejection🗣

so I listened to what my BODY.MIND.SPIRIT required...

No more being hard on myself.. I LET GO of the RULES & just like that I found my own flow.... THE FEMININE .. & literally my glow started😉

So instead of getting
MAD at myself for failing OR BOSSING MYSELF into doing something I didn’t want to..

I SOFTENED & ALLOWED the process that wanted to unfold..

It was emotional !!.. it was a tad messy.. !!but that’s detox on a not so good day..
FOR THAT I AM HAPPY TO HAVE SKILLS TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE SO THAT I KNEW HOW TI SUPPORT MYSELF...

on a it feels like the heavens open and you are walking in a glow of radiance ..

In the end it’s a PERSONAL HEALING JOURNEY .. that requires support first from yourself & then from the healers you choose to support you on YOUR JOURNEY👀

CLEANSING can bring up old ‘stuff’.. ‘memories’ ... ‘patterns’ etc for clearing..

It’s amazing what can occur in bodywork

Working deeply within people’s energy fields body & psyche has been far beyond what I ever was taught about “ massage”

So many times my clients birth story or relationship with mother father ancestors come to life in our thoughts as the body is touched & held & supported to open & release pain suffering locked in unexpressed emotions trauma experiences we have not integrated !!!
