Skin update…

Thought I should give you guys an update on the state of the skin. All swelling has gone and skin feels pretty good actually. I still have a couple of dry patches, but nothing major. As you can imagine so worried about what to put on first. I decided to use a Tallow Balm and one without too much fragrance in it. Here I am using the Bubble Soap Co skin food tallow balm. This one is made locally here in the Whitsundays. I have also gone in with my sunscreen, this one I know has no harsh ingredients so I felt pretty safe putting it on my skin. Last thing I need is to get burnt. This is the Nifty Fiftu by Go-To my literal “goto”

The other notable product would have to be the Estrogel - basically if you know you know 🤪.

One of the more challenging weekends of my 18-year makeup career! - calling in sick isn’t really an option

Of all the times to have a pretty severe allergic reaction to a face mask, it had to be right before a busy weekend of weddings.

Swollen, red, uncomfortable and definitely not looking or feeling my best.

A little behind-the-scenes reality of being a self-employed makeup artist.

So this has just happened in the last couple of days.

I and truly given up hope as we had gone past the 28 day incubation and this point thought I was just hard boiling eggs. But here we are! We have a fully hatched and healthy duckling.
