I’m Carina, Operations Manager, Social Media Manager, Content Creator, occasional photographer, videographer, director, editor and professional staff persuader. 😂

My job is a strange combination of keeping the business running smoothly while also walking around with a phone saying, “Guys… can you just do this one little video for me?”

And somehow, that “one little video” turns into 9 takes, someone laughing uncontrollably, someone refusing to be on camera and at least one person walking away mid-sentence.

But honestly, this is one of my favourite parts of the job. Sometimes work gets so busy. The socials get put on the back burner.
But while we love creating beautiful, polished content for you, the real Mana is the people behind it, the laughs, the personalities, the chaos and the team who are always willing to play along… eventually. It's not perfect, and that's the real part of life. Love you all!
