What a magic day here in Albany☀️ Have had a lovely walk followed by a swim for Mocha. Happy girlies over here🙋‍♀️☀️

Sometimes you just need to disconnect from the busyness of life and get back to nature and the simple things. So grateful for all that i have. This is my happy place 🥰

WALKS 🥰 Little miss Mocha always reminding me why walks are important. I can honestly say some days i just cant be bothered but then i remind myself.. when I get back from my morning walk my mood has uplifted. I am happier, motivated to get sh*t done and I have one happy pup thats been exercised! When i have no energy i say to myself okay just a 5 minute walk up the road... 9 times out of 10 i keep going and it turns into a 40 minute walk. Here a just a few benifits of walking...👣👣
Burns fat, reduces stress, improves circulation, strengthens your immune system, builds stronger bones, lowers cortisol levels and blood pressure, helps you sleep, energises better than coffee, sharpens focus, clears your mind for big ideas, reduces chronic illnesses and can improve posture. Thats a just few to name!!
