FYI………….ROAD CLOSED
Road work has comenced on the long awaited Church St/ Tongarra Rd traffic lights.

This has brought with it some changed traffic conditions.
One of the two entrances to Po***ck Cres. (That's the one you turn into off Tongarra Rd to access our street) is closed.

You are only able to enter and exit our little estate from the first Po***ck Cres. entrance.
That’s the first right turn after St.Paul's school, before the concert barricade and fencing when coming from down town Albion Park.
Or the second left turn if coming from the Tullimbar/ Calderwood direction straight after the concrete barricade and fencing.

There are also temporary traffic lights on Tongarra Rd which may cause some delays ,so keep that in mind when timing your trip.

Hopefully this makes sense and it won't cause us too much hassle. 🤞😊
