We have recently been made aware of individuals using MK Hair Artistry’s business name to contact clients and request deposits/payments into a bank account via direct debit.
Please be assured this is NOT us and we have no association with these requests.
We are incredibly sorry to anyone who has unfortunately been affected by this scam. We understand how upsetting and concerning this can be, and we are doing everything we can to make our clients aware and help prevent anyone else from being impacted.
💳 PLEASE NOTE:
All of our bookings and payments are managed through Client Diary. We will never ask you to transfer a booking deposit or payment to a direct debit/bank account provided to you through an unsolicited message.
If you receive a message, payment request or booking communication and you are unsure whether it has come from us, please do not make any payment. Contact the salon directly through our official contact details and we will happily confirm whether the communication is genuine.
