Incase you didn’t know, my name is Samantha I am a mind-body therapist and I’m passionate about helping people heal and grow! Using The Illumine Method™, I combine clinical hypnotherapy, mindbody coaching, positive psychology, and energy techniques to release emotional blockages and empower you to live authentically.

My focus areas include life transitions, trauma resolution, emotional eating, anxiety, weight loss, and relationships. I hold qualifications in Health Sciences, Wellness Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Plant-Based Nutrition, with additional training in trauma therapy and energy healing.
My personal healing journey and love of learning bring empathy and insight to my work. When I’m not with clients, I enjoy cooking, dancing, and exploring ways to live joyfully.
