Something about me...
I'm enjoying more and more the healing rituals around the water and ocean. For me the ocean (linving by, swimming, surfing...) is being crucial to balance my body and mind. Yoga is new for me too, I started about a year ago and I admit that I'm proud of it. I have improved my strength, balance and flexibility, I'm working on my breath and flow at the moment. Thank you to my yoga guides , and my Pepa from Spain.

A good learning day for the girls at !! ♥️
Learning how to target this resistant fat to diet and exercise. Focusing on cellulite and skin tightening and of course give in the circulation and the limphatic system a good boost.
