If there's one thing this journey has taught me...

It's that healthy skin isn't about chasing younger skin.

Over the past few years, I've learnt that my skin has changed and that's okay.

It needs different care.
Different support.
A little more patience.
And a lot more kindness.

As a dermal therapist, I understand the science behind these changes.

As a woman experiencing them myself, I understand how emotional they can feel too.

For so many years, we're told to fight ageing.

To erase every line.
To turn back the clock.

But somewhere along the way, I realised my goal had changed.
I no longer want to chase younger skin.

I want healthy skin.
Skin that feels comfortable.
Skin that feels strong.
Skin that reflects the care I give it every day.

Why isn't my skincare working anymore?

It's one of the questions I've asked myself... and one I hear from clients all the time.

When my skin started changing, my first instinct was to reach for more active, or stronger products.

I thought I needed more exfoliation.
