Firstly, thank you to all of my wonderful clients who respect my time, my booking policies, and continue to support my small business. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. 🤍

This isn't about punishing anyone. It's about respecting my booking policies, my time, and my business. Like everyone else, I go to work to earn a living, and I simply ask for the same respect in return.

Effective immediately:

✨ New clients: Full payment is required at the time of booking via my online booking system.

✨ Existing clients: If your next appointment is booked while you're in the salon, payment must be made within 24 hours. If payment isn't received within that time, your appointment will be released and made available to other clients.

✨ I will no longer be sending payment reminders or chasing outstanding booking payments.

I still can't believe this... 🤯

The first photo was taken just after a skin tag was removed. It was very fresh, very raw, and unfortunately it healed with a noticeable scar.

Nearly 2 years later, the scar was still there.
Yesterday, I performed just one Dermo Peel treatment...
