✨ A little “nice to meet you” from the girl behind Impulse Mobile Beauty ✨

For those who don’t know me — hi! 👋🏼 I’m Emma, although pretty much everyone calls me Em.

I started Impulse Mobile Beauty back in 2012 after having one particularly traumatic eyebrow experience 😂 … and I remember thinking, surely I can do better than this! And, well… here we are, all these years later!

I’ve always loved being mobile. Not only because I get to meet so many amazing people, but because I get to meet their pets too 🐶🐱 — honestly, some of my four-legged clients are probably more excited to see me than their owners are! 😂 I also love getting out and about, seeing new places and never knowing exactly what the day will bring.

One thing I’m really proud of is that my prices have never increased. I genuinely believe beauty is a luxury, but I also believe that in a world where absolutely EVERYTHING seems to be getting more expensive, feeling good about yourself shouldn’t cost you an arm and a leg. ❤️

And then there’s me outside of work…

Most mornings you’ll find me at the gym doing CrossFit. I started about three years ago after losing my dog, as I needed something positive to focus on and a reason to get myself moving again. It’s become a huge part of my life ever since. 💪🏼

Personality-wise, what you see is pretty much what you get 😂

I’m always happy to be loud, have a laugh and probably overshare a little, but I also know when someone just needs quiet company.

Over the years, my clients have become so much more than just appointments. Sometimes I’m your beauty therapist, sometimes I’m a shoulder to cry on, and sometimes I’m basically your unpaid therapist while you vent about life, work, partners, kids, family… you name it! 😂

And yes — I’ll happily turn up to your appointment in baggy, ridiculously comfortable clothes because comfort is life. 😂

But don’t let the oversized clothes fool you…

I take what I do very seriously.

I’m passionate about providing quality work, making you feel comfortable, and making sure you leave feeling like the best version of yourself — without the fancy salon attitude or the fancy salon price tag.

So whether you’ve been coming to me for years, you’re brand new, or you’ve been quietly following along and thinking “maybe I should actually book in…” — I’m so glad you’re here. 🩷

EXCITING NEWS 😃

So as many of you already know, but I’ve been meaning to post it.

But I have always dreamed of a white Christmas, but always feared taking time off around the busiest time of the year.

Anyways.. it’s HAPPENING 🤭

We leave December 17th and return January 19th!

I will be working right up till I leave, but please remember I do have limited time, as I am only one person!

Even though it is still 6 months away, let’s try to be as prepared and ready as possible!!
