Happy Easter to all of my beautiful clients!! I will be away as of today until Wednesday the 19th to spend some time with my family!! I will however still respond to messages. It may just take a little longer!!

Cancellation policy

Unfortunately due to a lot of no shows or last minute cancellations I am having to put this policy in place.

When you book an appointment with me I am reserving the appointment space for you. Should you need to reschedule your appointment I ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice. If a cancellation is made less than the required 24 hours then a fee of 50% of the appointment will be charged.

I understand life happens and times are tough so I ask for a little kindness and understanding when it comes to this policy.
As a small salon, that requires scheduled appointments last minute cancellations really impacts me. My bills unfortunately aren’t cancelled when you cancel.

When booking an appointment with me you are agreeing to my cancellation policy, if you do not agree with my policy you may call on the day to see if I have something available, however I can’t reserve an appointment for you.
