As promised I choose someone very deserving of a full hair service completely free. This person stood out for me as they are always there for everyone else, showing up every single day, raising 2 beautiful girls all on their own and is an absolute super mum and beautiful friend to those around her. I did the service for this person this morning and I just received this text message. It reminds me why I do these things and why i love my job❤️

Thanks for choosing me to receive the complimentary service at the salon. It really shows how even the smallest gesture can make someone feel so much better. As a single mum and just a mum in general it’s often the little things, like having our hair done, that help us feel refreshed and cared for. I genuinely left the salon feeling better, seen, and understood by another human being who recognised that I deserved something special too.
It really speaks volumes about your character, both as a business owner and as a person.

Payment Policy Update ✨

Please note that all appointments must now be paid in full at the time of your service via eftpos or cash.

I’m no longer able to accept bank transfers as I am having to remind people to pay days and weeks later.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee (some exceptions eg. Illness, unwell kids)
Missed appointments (no-shows) require full payment otherwise no future bookings will be accepted.

✨ A Little Something From My Heart ✨

I would like to try something new and each year I would like to choose one special client to receive their hair appointment completely free.

Working as a hairdresser means I’m lucky enough to hear so many life stories — the highs, the hard times, the big moments and the quiet ones. Some of my clients have been through so much, and others are always the ones lifting everyone else up.

So once a year, I like to give a little something back. A chance for someone who truly deserves it to sit back, relax, and be looked after.

I’ll be choosing someone very special soon and I can’t wait to treat them. 🫶🏼

***This choice is not to do with Client favouritism, the client who visits the Salon the most or anything along those lines it is simply someone who stands out to me and someone I would love to pamper at absolutely no cost to them to lift their spirits especially when the world feels a little heavy right now.

It is just a simple act of kindness 🫶🏼

Hi everyone, happy 2026 🥳

I just wanted to let you know that I have implemented an increase to my prices. I have said I was going to do this since July however I just hadn’t got to it yet. 

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it will help me continue to offer the same level of care, time and quality you expect. If you have any questions or want to talk it through, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

In salon quotes can be done to give you a rough idea of the cost before a service is completed so it doesn’t come as a shock.
