To ensure smooth scheduling and the best experience for all clients at Sanctuary of Hair, I’m introducing a booking deposit and cancellation policy, effective Jan 1st, 2025

Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Booking Deposit: A small deposit will now be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final cost of your service.
2️⃣ Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Why this change?
✨ Small home salons like mine depend on every appointment. Missed or last-minute cancellations leave gaps in the schedule that are hard to fill, impacting my ability to serve other clients.
✨ To value and respect your time and mine.
✨ To ensure every slot is used efficiently and fairly.
✨ To maintain the cozy and professional experience you’ve come to love.
