So grateful for the last 9months working continuously on myself 💕
After finishing last Sunday the Longevity Series, two weeks of mindful self-care and health focused routine, I jumped on the scale and couldn’t believe when looking at my progress sheet how much my body composition has changed in only 9 months 😮

6% Body Fat ⬇️
3kg Muscle Mass Up ⬆️

Everything feels so simple and incorporated into my routine. I am just ticking off the list ..
Macro and Micronutrients ✔️
Hydration ✔️
Daily Movement ✔️
Mindful Recovery ✔️
Treating myself ✔️
Mental Rest ✔️

Just today I had snickers ice cream and I enjoyed every bite, no regrets 🫢😁
The trick is to keep everything balanced 💕
