LONG POST, but there’s a point. 🤍⁠

That Golden Glow isn’t a big company with a team behind desks, it’s just me. I’m a mum of two boys, work full-time, and run the salon too.⁠
⁠
I clean the salon, manage the socials, answer messages and calls (yes, sometimes even at midnight 😂), order supplies, fix things, organise everything and deal with whatever pops up along the way.⁠
⁠
I might miss a call or take a little longer to reply. I could be with my boys, at an appointment or simply juggling the many moving parts that come with running a business.⁠
⁠
When something isn’t right, I’m the one jumping in the car to sort it out as quickly as possible. When everything runs smoothly, you might not think about who’s behind it, but when it doesn’t, it’s easy to forget there’s a real person on the other end.⁠

I’m human. Things go wrong. Machines have off days. We rely heavily on the internet and technology, so occasionally the connection drops and suddenly things stop working. And yes, I’m usually the one fixing those too. 😂⁠

Some things are simply out of my control, but what I can promise is I’ll always try to help and find a solution.⁠
⁠
And this goes for every small business. Behind every business is a real person who cares about what they do and is simply trying to do it well.⁠
