2026 I will be welcoming a lot of new and exciting things

I have struggled in 2025 with home work life balance juggling multiple tasks to grow my business with loads of studying which I enjoy learning new techniques to enhance my treatments and I also took on the role of homeschooling my kids which is a big job in itself and as a result I have unfortunately towards the end of 2025 experience the feeling of mental burnout and I have made the decision to help to find the work home life balance in 2026 I will be going mobile there will be some trail and ERA while I navigate through this but I feel it's what's best for me mentally moving forward
