This space is for 4 the shadows 2 know light, 4 the unspoken to 2 know sound, 4 the pieces 2 know home

Grief, Sorrow and Death are an unfamiliar and unrelateable subject in my life
Yes I have been to funerals and had family members die yet I feel almost numb with no relation to any of the experiences I’ve had

I have participated in grief circles for some time now and have been called to created a space for anyone who also feels the call to come and explore these parts of ourselves so we may have a better understanding for navigating and possibly create a comfortable relationship with these sometimes unbearable feelings and to build a support network as a community. I know you know we all are dying and one day will be our last ❤️

I am learning it is through knowing and being with these dark parts of ourselves, giving sound to them, speaking them out loud and being heard that we can freely let ALL of our magnificence be experienced so we may know what a truly wholesome life is
