We’re seeking a reliable and empathetic Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being in line with their individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks including personal care, domestic duties, and community access
- Support clients with meal preparation, transport, and recreational activities
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and care teams to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Uphold client dignity, safety, and choice at all times
About You:
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field (or working towards)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, respectful, and committed to empowering others
