Happy beautiful Monday Morning!
Just wanted to provide a quick update for all those who keep checking up on us 😁
The house has now gone into a permanent rental - some lucky peeps loved it so much they made us an offer we cldnt refuse! 🌊☀️✨
Meanwhile, the Master Builder has been transforming the 1st floor 1 BR apartment & we will soon be putting it up for short term rent.

Builder Ron at work - a thrown out rattan chair repurposed with timber slats, & an old fence (blown over in the recent winds) becomes our new coffee table! The wall art is also his creation 😁

Stunning walk the other day up to Coledale for coffee - Charlie 🐶 was very happy to keep me company while the builder was off being a ski- bunny ⛷
