Immediately After Treatment
• Mild redness or warmth is normal and usually settles within a few hours
• Skin may feel tighter or slightly sensitive
For the First 24–48 Hours
• Avoid hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms
• No intense exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating
• Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area too much
Skincare
• Keep skin well hydrated with a gentle moisturiser
• Use a mild cleanser (avoid exfoliating products for 2–3 days)
• Avoid active ingredients like retinol, AHAs/BHAs, or strong acids for at least 3 days
Sun Protection ☀️
• Apply SPF 30+ daily
• Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for a few days
Makeup
• Light makeup can usually be applied after 24 hours if skin is not irritated
Results & Maintenance
• Some tightening may be noticeable immediately, with continued improvement over weeks
• Best results are achieved with a series of treatments
• Maintain results with good skincare and hydration
