I’m not just a hairdresser. ❤️
I’m a wife.
I’m a mum.
I’m a grandmother.
I’m a woman with a whole life outside of the salon.
I absolutely love my job. I love creating beautiful hair, chatting with my clients, running my little business and everything that comes with it.
But my business isn’t my whole world.
My family is. 🫶🏼
As I’ve got older, I’ve realised more and more how important it is to protect my time outside of work. To be present for the people I love, make memories, enjoy the little things and actually have a life alongside the business I’ve worked so hard to build.
I’ll always care deeply about my clients and my salon… but at the end of the day, the most important titles I’ll ever have aren’t “hairdresser” or “business owner.”
They’re wife, mum and grandma. 🤍

What a busy month with work but also carving out some beautiful days with hubby!! 😍 So long winter…. Hello spring!
5 months since we did a low maintenance Lived in Package.
Now back for a refresh! The Maintenance Blonde can be high impact and still soft! Done in a way to grow out softly! 👏🏼👏🏼

Strand tests might look like a tiny part of the process… but they can tell me SO much before we commit to a big colour appointment. 🤍
Especially with grey blending, colour corrections or previously coloured hair, a strand test allows me to see:
✨ How your hair lifts
✨ What underlying warmth is exposed
✨ How strong the hair feels afterwards
✨ Whether our desired result is realistically achievable
✨ If we need to adjust the plan to protect the condition of your hair
And this is exactly why I prefer doing them at your consultation — not on the day of your colour appointment.
If your hair doesn’t respond the way we hoped, I’d much rather know beforehand so we can create a different plan… rather than discovering it halfway through a 4–5 hour appointment. 😅
