Today is my first full day back in clinic after the weekends chaos.
Max had emergency surgery on his appendix…
Recovery is going well 🤗 it’s derailed the tennis plan a bit but he’ll be back on his feet in no time and we are grateful he is ok.
Food is medicine and Max’s body has been through a lot.
Ive whipped up these delicious chia pudding for him to help heal and nourish his body.
Chia pudding is the ultimate gentle recovery food after surgery because it’s soft, easy to digest, packed with healing nutrients like protein, omega 3s and fibre.
The Greek yogurt also helps to replenish his healthy gut bacteria after aggressive antibiotics.
Lower back pain driving you crazy? Try releasing your adductors.
Your adductors are the muscles on your inner thighs. When they get tight, they pull the pelvis out of alignment and put extra pressure on your lower back and hips.
Massaging them helps rest the whole area and brings instant relief.
So many headaches don’t start in the head — they start in the jaw. Clenching, grinding, and constant tension build up through the muscles around the jaw and can creep straight into the head and neck.
It’s one of the most overlooked areas in the body, and one of the most relieving to release.
Rachael’s now trained in my TMJ & jaw protocol — the exact work I do in the clinic — and her bookings are open from today.
If you clench, grind, or carry your stress in your jaw, this one’s for you.
