An absolute pleasure seeing a return client after over a year 🥰 it’s like you never left so happy I get to see you again before you’re off home to WA!

Yes I still do in-salon makeup! But only between Mon-Thurs 🗓️

So upon reviewing Carmela’s progress over the last few weeks in preparation for our monthly meeting this weekend…. I realised, she is such a good worker and I also realised… wow… I suck….!!

Carmela: always arrives 15-30mins before her shift starts
Kim: arrives 1-2mins before first client and is flustered

Carmela: responds to clients DMs within 48hours
Kim: leaves people on read and replies in her head

Carmela: always looks lovely, hair done + makeup done
Kim: rocks up looking disheveled and unkept

Looks like kimmy won’t be getting her monthly incentive xx naughty gal xx

I promise to try better for you guys!! By reducing my service hours, I will be able to: put in effort and groom myself to look professional, I will not be flustered and always running late and I’ll actually have time to respond to messages.

I have a feeling 2025 is going to be filled with a lot more ombré brows and I’m not mad about it ✨

There’s been a decline in bookings from the demographic of 18-25 year olds but a huge increase in the ages 30+

* This tells me that a lot more mums are realising the benefits absolutely outweigh the initial outlay cost of a tattoo because the convenience and confidence is simply priceless 🙌🏽
