Due to having not only 1 but 2 no show clients today, I thought I would share our cancellation policy with you all.

All clients will be required to pay a $40 fee when booking future appointments. If you have not paid this fee, your appointment will not be secure.

I have been slack in following this policy but unfortunately due to recent occurrences this is something that needs to be enforced. Please keep in mind the consequences you are placing not only on my business, but other clients that would have loved to have your appointment.
