The skin therapist with rosacea.
Because sometimes the person guiding everyone else through their skin journey is on one of her own.
Sometimes, when we’re so busy creating skin journeys for our clients, we forget to stop and appreciate our own, and just how far we’ve come...
This was Eliza’s skin back in June. She suffers from rosacea, and like many skin conditions, there are certain triggers that can cause her skin to flare.
Over the past few months, she’s made a commitment to slow down, listen to her skin and give it the love and care it deserves.
Her journey has included Laser Genesis, DMK Enzyme Therapy, LED and lymphatic drainage, alongside keeping her homecare simple, nourishing and supportive of her skin barrier. She’s also become more mindful of her triggers, including certain foods, alcohol, heat and sun exposure.
It hasn’t been about achieving “perfect” skin. It’s been about understanding her skin, being consistent and learning what it needs to feel calm, healthy and supported.

If you trained as a beauty therapist in the early 2000s, you'll remember all of this.
