Attached to the Central Nervous System, a fluid that clears waste of the brain and distributes nutrients. Also relieves stress and unprocessed emotions stored in the nervous system.
The Glymphatic System works mostly at night during sleep.

Reiki helps shift the body out of fight or flight. Promoting a deep, calm state necessary for the glymphatic system to function.
By releasing emotional and physical blocks, Reiki helps the entire body to relax, allowing for improved flow in both lymphatic and glymphatic systems.
