Hello to all my beautiful friends,

Well we definitely find ourselves in crazy times at the moment!
I sincerely hope you’re all coping with this strange new world we find ourselves in🙏

I can’t believe it’s been 6 months since I returned to WA and what a 6 months it’s been!!!

Who would’ve thought we’d all be in this position?
That Social Distancing would become the norm!?
That we’d all be going through this??

After a couple of false starts, I found an amazing salon & family team to work with at Fabiani Hair Design in Mosman Park.

I am so grateful to have found such an amazing salon to work in but unfortunately due to Covid 19 my employment has been put on hold as they try to cope with the struggle of keeping a small business alive in these trying times😢
However, I know when this is over I’ll be welcomed back💕

So I’ve been trying to get on Centrelink Jobseeker......what an experience that is!!! And doing any home hairdressing I can to get through this time🤞

This is so not what I imagined my life would be when I moved back but I’m so grateful that I’m here, living only 10mins from my mum and able to visit her and be here for each other🙏

All we can do is be grateful for what we do have and show love, kindness and compassion as we get through this together.

Hi everyone, sorry it’s been so long but life has been a bit hectic resettling into WA!
It’s been a very busy month or so of job hunting & interviews, house hunting & inspections & lots of catch ups with family & friends💕😜😁
I’m working in a great salon at Karrinyup Shopping Centre with a lovely group of hairdressers. There’s 10 of us!!!
Such a change to my little salon but I’m really enjoying the diversity & it’s in my old hood so I’m bumping into people I haven’t seen in years💕💇‍♀️
And I just found out today that my friend Charise & I have been approved to lease an amazing pad in City Beach.
My dreams have come true!!!!
I’ve got a great job, my oldest friend as a housemate, an amazing house with a pool & a beautiful dog beach within walking distance for my MJ😁😁😁😁😁
I miss you all & Ballina but I know this was the right move for me🙏

Dear Friends & Clients,

For those of you that I haven’t been able to tell in person, I have some big news......

I will be moving home to WA in October!

I am very excited to embark on this new chapter in my life but I’m going miss you all😢
I have loved my time here in Ballina but it’s been tough being so far away from my family & friends back home.

I am sincerely grateful to each & every one of you for your loyalty, support & friendship over the years but especially during the challenges of the past few months🙏

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Marcus & Kon at A CUT ABOVE for giving us a new salon home when we needed it.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with these guys during the last 6 weeks. They are both fantastic stylists & fun to work along side with.

More exciting news.....
My friend Danae (Dee) & fellow hairdresser from Lennox will be joining us at A CUT ABOVE late September. Danae & I have known each other for over 16 years when we first worked together in Perth. She will be working Monday’s & Thursday’s offering after hours appointments like I do.

Marcus, Kon & Danae are all amazing & talented hairdressers who would love to take care of you when I leave.

I have some appointments available over the next 3 weeks. I’d love to see you one last time & introduce you to the team at A CUT ABOVE.

I am also planning a little send off on Sunday October 12. I’ll let you know the details when I’ve got it organised.
