Let’s talk lash cycles!

Our natural lashes are constantly growing and shedding. This means clients some may need more regular fills than others, depending on how fast their lash cycle is. If infills are left too long, the extension moves further away from the lash line and becomes top heavy. This can cause twisting, gaps in your set, and even put extra weight on your natural lash — which can lead to pulling or premature shedding.

This is why regular infills are so important! They remove the grown-out extensions and replace the lashes that have naturally shed, keeping your set full, balanced and healthy.

Most clients need infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain the best results 🤍

Hey lovely people! I’m making a small change to my pricing structure as of 01/01/2026. From now on, all infill appointments will have a standard set price based on the time between fills, rather than the volume of lashes applied.

This means some clients may see a slight increase and others a decrease. With rising product costs and industry changes, this update helps me keep delivering the quality you love.

Hi beautiful people! Just a little update on what’s happening with the business & a little about me for those who are new here 🤍

- I will be away from lashing for 2 weeks, from the 31st March until 14th April (this may be extended depending on my recovery), as I’ll be undergoing surgery in Brisbane. Please think ahead with booking infills, I will do my best to get you all in the weekend prior to my leave x

- I work full time in healthcare, and I’m also studying full time at university. This means sometimes my availability for appointments may be a little inconsistent, but I will always do my best to get you all in as close to your 2 or 3 week fills as I can 🫶🏼

- All available appointments will be posted in my ‘bookings’ highlight - there will be a list of available dates, just DM me to book one of these. If you have a specific date / event in mind, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to squeeze you in for that date x

Good afternoon all! Just a quick update regarding upcoming availability:

I am going on holidays from 6th Feb - 16th Feb, I will be unavailable for bookings during this time.
I will do my best to get you all in before / after these dates!

As most of you know, I work full time in health care and complete lash appointments around this. Whilst I do my best to get everyone in as soon as I can, sometimes availability may be limited. I have opened up weekend appointments to assist with getting you all in for infills 🫶🏼

I would like to start by voicing my appreciation to each and every one of my valued clients for your support and loyalty over the last 18 months of me running Horizon Beauty, without all of you my business would not have succeeded the way it did. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you!

I’ve made the tough call to temporarily close down Horizon Beauty. Due to my workload having grown significantly over the last month starting university full time, and taking opportunities within my nursing career, I no longer have time to fulfil any lash appointments.
This was never the plan, and I had thought I would be able to continue with lashing, but unfortunately it’s put me under a lot of pressure which I can no longer cope with.
I just wanted to let you all know how appreciative I am of you, for loyalty and support over the last 18 months, and I’m very sorry if this has come as a shock to you.
My last day in the salon will be Sunday 28th April, and up until then I will still be completing any prior bookings, as well as still taking bookings up until this date.
Again, thank you so much for your support and loyalty, this isn’t goodbye, this is see you later 🤍
