They are not the greatest poses/photos but if I tried for perfection I’d never post anything.
I’m always honest so I have to confess that I did edit the photos to look brighter as they were taken in a very dark bathroom (hopefully you can’t see the toilet .The Blocks judges wouldn’t be impressed )

e tried so many diets- Paleo,Raw Vegan,Type A,Gluten free to name just a few.
Gone are the days where if I dieted for a week I could lose a few kilos .
Menopause happened and it’s SO much harder to lose weight now.I swear if I look at food I put on weight .
Since August last year I’ve dropped 15kgs.And it was a lot of consistent effort -healthy eating habits,weight training,walking .
Just like exercising I have been consistent with my skincare .I’ve been using Senegence skincare and makeup (contains skincare too,doubly great) for about 3 years now and have seen how my skin has changed dramatically with consistent use .I started with a basic skincare routine and added more specialised products along the way
