A sister's legacy: Arid Skincare closes doors to stay true to 'Amy's dream' 'It would just be changing the whole meaning of it.'

It is with a very heavy heart that I announce the closure of Arid Skincare 💔

This decision has not come easily, and it has been an incredibly emotional time for many reasons. Following the passing of Amy, who created and poured her heart and soul into this brand, I have spent a lot of time reflecting on what the future of Arid would look like.

Amy’s passion, dedication, and vision built something truly special. What began as a dream became a brand loved by so many, and I am immensely proud of everything Arid Skincare has achieved.

As much as I would love to continue Amy’s legacy, the reality of the current economic climate and the increasing costs required to operate, grow the business in the way it deserves and keep it all Australia made, have made this decision unavoidable.

While it is difficult to say goodbye, it feels like the right time to close this chapter with gratitude for the journey, the memories, and the incredible community that supported us along the way.

To every customer who purchased our products, shared our story, and believed in the brand, thank you. The friends that have stuck with me from the start up to now, your support has meant more than you will ever know. Most of all, to my family. You are my biggest supporters. I cannot put into words just how much I appreciate all you have done for me and the brand.
