To our dearest Luxe clientele,

We’re coming to you with news today that is both sad but also very exciting.
Luxe is both ending an era but starting a new chapter.
The salon as you know it now will be closing at the end of this year. We’ve been lucky enough to be doing beautiful hair from our salon for 10 years now, in this time we’ve had some absolutely beautiful apprentices, seniors, assistants and most importantly clients.

Lauren, Maddie and Molly are all moving at various dates next year which is super exciting for them to start their new chapters, they will be dearly missed by us here at BoxGrove and I know by all of our beautiful clients.
With this news came the opportunity for me (Kayla) to rethink the way we work and what we offer.
Only being in the salon 2 days each week I didn’t think it was fair to hire new staff and not get to properly train and work along side them. So I’ve decided to go back to where it all started and work with a smaller clientele and have Melissa work alongside as she always has.
I will be reducing my hours to 9am-5pm and occasionally adding in a later afternoon shift. I’ve been hairdressing for over 15 years and have loved every minute of it so I couldn’t finish up with the salon completely but knew I needed a big shake up.
We will also be changing the way we operate and no longer be offering wedding styling or makeup (if you are already booked in for this please don’t stress as we will still be doing this for you). I’ll be focusing my time on colouring and style cutting and delivering a more tailored experience with lots of little boujee add ons we know you’ll love!
With the service and offering changing so will my pricing, I’ll be sending all of the new information out over the coming months.
I understand that the new hours and pricing will not suit everyone and whilst I’m sorry I may lose some of you, I really appreciate the support over the years and wish everyone all the best for the future.
