My 20s: partying all night
My 30s: raising kids and surviving on coffee
My 40s: lying on a bed of tiny plastic spikes for “self-care”
And honestly… it works.
15 minutes on this acupuncture mat and my shoulders finally stop feeling like rocks.
If you know… you know.

I don’t know about you… But when I don’t plan meals, everything feels chaotic
So I made this simple weekly meal planner to make life easier
It’s clean, easy to use, and actually works

One of the simplest things I’ve added to my wellness routine lately… this acupuncture mat.
I started using it for tension headaches and tight shoulders after long days sitting at a desk.
The first minute is a bit spicy.
But after about 5 minutes your body completely relaxes into it.
Benefits people often use them for: • neck and shoulder tension
• headaches
• stress relief
• improving circulation
I added the one I use to my wellness tools list in my bio if you’re curious.

Sometimes the best reset is just lying down and letting the day melt away.
Ten minutes on the acupuncture mat, a deep breath, and suddenly everything feels a little lighter.
Not magic… just a small moment of decompression.

My little evening reset ritual.
Acupressure mat.
Weighted eye mask.
A few quiet minutes with my reset journal.
Nothing fancy… just small habits that help my mind slow down before sleep.
Sometimes the simplest routines make the biggest difference.

Some nights my brain just refuses to switch off.
Too many thoughts.
Too much screen time.
Too many “one more things” before bed.
So lately I’ve been adding small reset moments before sleep.
A weighted eye mask.
Lights down.
A few minutes of stillness.
Simple… but surprisingly powerful.
Tonight’s reset.

Sometimes the reset isn’t a big thing.
Sometimes it’s just five quiet minutes and a warm cup of tea.

Some days feel heavier than others.
When my mind starts racing, I come back to small things like this.
A few minutes is sometimes all it takes to shift your nervous system back into calm.
Save this for when you need a reset.

Sometimes the best reset is the quiet kind.
Lamp on.
Journal open.
Mind slowing down.
Just a few minutes to reflect on the day and reset for tomorrow.
Do you have a small evening ritual that helps you unwind?
Some days the tension just sits in your shoulders.
Emails.
Driving.
Work.
Life.
So lately this has become my little reset.
Not glamorous… but 15 minutes on this acupuncture mat and everything finally relaxes.

Sometimes the only quiet moment in my day is 15 minutes on this thing.
At first the acupuncture mat feels intense.
Tiny spikes everywhere and your brain is like… why are we doing this?
Then something shifts.
Your shoulders drop.
Your breathing slows down.
And suddenly your whole body feels lighter.
This has become one of my favourite little end-of-day resets.
