So much to do and little time!!
My motivation is low so I'm getting some help with Motivate in the diffuser and I have also rolled some on my wrists and back of the neck to help keep focused on the tasks ahead!!

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Fractionated Coconut Oil (walnut or jojoba oil would also work).
• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
• 2-3 drops Clove essential oil.
• A small spray bottle.
Method:
Mix it all together, add to spray bottle and enjoy the aroma 🧡

These speedy and delicious Additive Free Lifestyle Pink Pepper and Lime Fajitas, are ideal for a quick and delicious dinner that’ll have the kids asking for more!
Pink Pepper essential oil is one of our newest essential oils, now ready to purchase… and add to your dinner!😄
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (additive free)
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander
2 Drops dōTERRA Pink Pepper Essential Oil
4 Drops dōTERRA Lime Essential Oil
2 Chicken Breasts sliced thinly
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/2 Red Capsicum Sliced
1/2 Yellow Capsicum Sliced
1 Carrot julienned
4 Wraps
Instructions:
1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and add the chicken.
2. Stir well and set aside to marinate for at least an hour.
3. Cook chicken over high heat for 5 minutes.
4. Add veggies and continue cooking till the chicken is cooked through.
5. Serve on wraps with sour cream and avocado, or whatever salad ingredients you like.
