✨ A Friendly Reminder of Our Cancellation Policy ✨

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule: 50% of the booked service fee.
• No-show appointments: 100% of the booked service fee.

To help avoid any fees, appointment reminders are automatically sent via text message or email 48 hours before your appointment.

As a team of self-employed hairdressers working part-time, every appointment is important to our small businesses. Late cancellations and no-shows often leave us without enough time to fill the appointment, meaning lost income that can't always be recovered.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and for helping us continue to provide the best service to all of our wonderful clients. We truly appreciate each and every one of you. 💛

Just a little update for all my beautiful clients...
I'll be starting my maternity leave from Wednesday, 16th September as I prepare to welcome our newest little addition.
I want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you for your ongoing support. It's been such a pleasure looking after your hair, and I'm so grateful to have such amazing clients.
If you'd like to see me before I head off, please make sure you book your appointment soon, as my remaining availability is limited.
I'll be sure to keep everyone updated on my return date once I've settled into life with our newest little love. Thank you again for all your kindness and support—I can't wait to see you all again when I'm back. 🤍

A reminder of our cancellation policy.
Cancelling less than 24hrs before your appointment may result in a 50% fee to be paid before rebooking. Our no show fee is 100% of the service cost that also needs to be paid before rebooking.

As we aren't here every day to check the phone, please leave a voicemail or send a text if you need to cancel, we will see the date and time you tried to reach out to us. So don't panic if you've tried to contact us to cancel more than 24hrs before your appointment and we dont get back to you straight away. You won't be charged a fee 😊
