I wanted to share a little tip with you today, something that has worked for me!!

Not only is this little beauty 100% natural, and made with 192 shea nuts, that have been carefully whipped to create a creamy texture, that melts in your hands, like coconut oil does from a solid form, it's a multi purpose butter that can be used on the face, the body lips and even your hair!
It relieves the feeling of itchiness, dryness and tightness of dry sensitive skin, and hair..

But in saying all that, I have found it promotes hair health, coming from the nut itself, it is full of nutrients, that help your scalp and follicles, personally I am a picker lol... I have had eyelash extentions twice now, and well I pick them off, causing my natural eyelash to become gappy, in some spots there is no eyelash left lol... I heard about how great this stuff is, so experimented, and low and behold, my lashes came back..
As we age, our hair changes, it thins out, it drops out and it weakens.. Yes I am at that stage of life now.. I have 2 phobias, and they entwine with each other, I can't stand the sight of blood, be it a cut or a blood test, even typing this is giving me the squirms. I pass out, seriously!!!
I also run from needles, I pass out then too lol, I know they don't hurt, but I get so worked up about having one, I literally pass out... YET, I am covered in tatts, and they don't bother me in the slightest...so go figure,
I have 2 other pet hates, boogar and spew, they both make me dry retch, but nothing as bad as the top 2 phobias...
Tell me, what is your phobia in the comments below, we need to stick together in this and know we are not alone (well lol I hope I'm not alone) no laughing at me allowed hahah
