This Tues, Wednesday & Thursday will be my last days seeing clients for Naturopathy consults, face to face

Then I’ll be having a break from consulting (going overseas & moving interstate),my first day back consulting virtually will be June 2nd, 2025.

Between Feb - June while I am away, my online store will still be running & you will be able to purchase direct from the website. If you’d prefer to pick up your goodies in person - pop into our local stockists (, , .studio & soon to be )

For my Naturopathy clients: I will be sending out an email this week - you will need to have any custom orders placed(creams, liquid herbals, compounds, tea) before 13/02. I will arrange script repeats / top ups/ self ordering portals to be set up so you can have your scripts posted direct to you while I’m away ❤️‍🔥

In late 2025/ early 2026 we will have a refill system available online for purchase so you can continue to refill your products

In true Gab fashion, a 2024 recap delivered in Mid Jan.

Before I dive into the year that was - I want to take the opportunity to express my deep & ongoing gratitude for every single one of you who purchased online, walked through my doors & sat with me in clinic. It is such an honour doing this work 🤎 And without you - it wouldn’t be possible.

2024 was BIG ~ in the true Dao of life was a mix of all things in opposing forces & realms. I am lucky to experience the richness of life & all that it brings. I made some really HARD decisions last year: closing the clinic & downscaling the business, which means parting ways with my team (love you Han), went through a breakup, made plans to move away/ have a sabbatical & dealt with my own health issues ~ which landed me in hopsital briefly.

I spent some time travelling, I saw & experienced the energy of Australian desert & slept under the stars (tent free!) in the middle of the country, spent time learning from Aṉangu elders & had many delicious dinner parties with friends. I didn’t spend as much time hiking or touching rock as I’d like, but that’s what this year is for. I definitely worked too much & looked at too many screens, burnout became imminent. I deepened my relationship with plant allies (poignant lessons from Rose), I built my metaphysical healing realm which every one of patients enters during a consult as a vessel for space & healing (then respectfully leaves once the consult finishes), the shop went up for sale, I found a huntsman spider had been living behind my bedhead for 3 WEEKS & I began to teach myself the bansuri flute (it’s harder than I anticipated).

I’m really looking forward to what the next chapter(s) hold for me & the business I’ve been lovingly tending to. I’m sure my time post shop will provide space to let the lessons learnt from the past 7 years in business & life percolate, then alchemise & evolve into things that feel more aligned for me. I’ll still be making skincare & consulting but it will just look a bit different! 2025 blessing to you all 🌀🏹🪄❤️‍🔥

The craziness & noise of the Black Friday Sales always makes me feel uncomfortable as a small business owner. I am torn to want to jumping on the hype but fear getting lost amongst it all. The past few months have not been easy financially for anyone, I’ve taken time to do a big review/ audit on my costings & was surprised that on average the cost of raw materials had gone up by $5 - $10 per product 🥲 That’s excluding the increasing cost of overheads, subscriptions, rent & wages all required to keep the business afloat.

So we want to share that after two years of maintaining our prices, we are implementing a necessary price adjustment. This decision is vital for us to adapt in order to continue covering our overheads and sustain our business. This step ensures we can keep offering high-quality skincare products and maintain the exceptional service you trust. Your continued support means the world to us as we strive to thrive together.

As for participation in the Sale Season - will we be?

Funnily enough, I first met Jules around a year ago when she came to me for Naturopathy consults. I knew her to be immediately an intuitive soul and healer. Her work is guided by a quiet inner knowing to help others step into the best version of themselves.
